The hotel has a free shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes, which is really convenient. The breakfast could run out of fruits and yogurt during busy times. Clean rooms but some furniture is outdated. It’s very close to Nissan Stadium, perfect for events and a short distance from downtown attractions. Overall decent stay for the price.

Location is excellent, just a block from Nissan Stadium and with a free shuttle downtown. The room could be cleaner, and the breakfast options were a bit limited. No major complaints overall, staff was friendly and helpful.

The room temperature was easy to regulate, which was a plus. the furniture and carpets showed significant wear and tear, appearing stained and grubby. The bathroom had troubling issues, including a backed-up tub that required maintenance to address. While the room was technically clean, it felt dated and in need of a serious upgrade. The noise level was acceptable, allowing for relaxation despite any external sounds. the room provided a mix of comfort and needed improvements.

The remodeled room had a great vibe, but sorely lacking in towel hooks—crossing the bathroom post-shower for a towel was inconvenient. No hot water available in the lobby, which was disappointing. I loved that it was just a short ride from downtown, with Broadway and the vibrant Gulch neighborhood less than 2 km away, allowing me to easily explore music venues, restaurants, and local attractions on foot; Nissan Stadium is only a 1.3 km walk, which was super convenient for the marathon I was attending. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service made it easy to get around without the hassle of parking. The room was clean and comfortable, but the breakfast could've used a bit more variety.

The heating in our room was a bit finicky at first but eventually cooled down and became quite comfortable. the air conditioning unit was a bit problematic as the buttons didn't work properly, forcing us to unplug it at times to control the temperature. Unfortunately, our room lacked a terrace or garden furniture, which would have been lovely for enjoying the Nashville views. The free toiletries provided were basic but sufficient for our needs. We appreciated having an electric kettle for making hot drinks in the room. The am/fm alarm clock was handy for waking up on time, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime. The hotel had shops and commercial services available, which was convenient for picking up any necessities we may have forgotten. We didn't have the chance to experience the airport shuttle, but we heard from other guests that the shuttle service was reliable and efficient. we did not receive a welcome drink upon check-in, which was a bit disappointing. our stay at the Clarion had its ups and downs.

We stayed just a short distance from the Bridgestone Arena, where we enjoyed exciting sports games and lively concerts. The convenience of walking to the arena added an extra level of fun to our family trip.

we had a wonderful stay at Clarion in our recent visit. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the free shuttle service to downtown was a great perk, and the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and was excellent. the beds were very comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. we also appreciated the option to have our room cleaned every few days, and the housekeeping staff made sure we had clean towels and supplies.

Had a blast with my friends hitting up Bridgestone Arena for a sick concert and getting our sports fix. The shuttle to the downtown strip was clutch for hitting up all the hot spots. Buffet breakfast fueled our adventures - waffles for the win!
Wish there was a livelier vibe at the bar for us young party animals - maybe a DJ or live music to pump up the energy.

Our time at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The breakfast was top-notch and exceeded our expectations. We were blown away by the friendly and helpful staff, especially Gloria at the front desk and the amazing shuttle driver. The hotel's location was convenient, right off I-24 and close to LP, making it perfect for our tailgating plans. The bar served great drinks and even allowed us to bring our own cooler inside. The room was spacious and clean, and the free shuttle to downtown was a fantastic bonus. we highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and amazing breakfast.
That the shuttle service to downtown stopped running at 9:00 pm. It would have been more convenient if it ran later, especially for guests who want to go out for dinner and enjoy the nightlife in Nashville.

the hotel was super clean and just a quick 5-minute ride from the airport - saving us money on an uber. the staff were like family and gave amazing local tips. the free shuttle to downtown was a bonus, and we even scored last-minute tickets to a Titans game based on the bartender justin's recommendation.
Would definitely recommend.
